How to Delete Your Account

From inside the app

• Open the Ruh Esi app
• Go to the Profile tab
• Settings → Account → Delete my account
• Confirm

The moment you request deletion, all your sessions are closed and your profile becomes invisible to everyone.

You have 30 days to change your mind

Your request is held for 30 days. During that time you can sign in again and cancel it; your account comes back exactly as it was. After 30 days your personal data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

What is deleted

• Name, email, date of birth
• Your photos and verification record
• Your answers and interests
• Your location records
• Your messages

What remains, and why

• Reports filed about you: kept for a limited period so repeat abuse can be detected
• Billing and purchase records: we are legally required to keep these for a retention period
• These records are stripped of identifying details and not linked to your profile

If you cannot access the app

If you lost your phone or cannot sign in, write to destek@ruhesi.app from the email address linked to your account. Once we verify your identity we will start the deletion for you.

If you have a subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You need to cancel it separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
